When he's not assisting real estate clients, he's enjoying time with his family, as he's a loving husband and proud father of 5 amazing children.

Since the age of 8, Art grew up around residential construction. His father use to take him to hang out on the job sites and the moment he was trusted to pick up some tools he grew a love for real estate and tried to learn everything he could about building a house. As a kid he loved to draw and was exceptionally good, so when he got older, he took his passion for drawing and his love for real estate, to later study Architectural Drafting and Design. After college he had a dream to buy, remodel and sell property, but he never had a chance to really give it his all because he chose to serve his community as a Deputy Sheriff and later served his country as a Special Agent in the Army. While serving his country he invested in buying his 1st home. From there the rest was history. He ended up medically retiring from the Army and has now reaped the benefits of buying and selling a few of his own investment properties. After seeing the benefits of being a home owner and investing in real estate, he has grown a devoted passion to help others become home owners and reap the benefits of buying, selling and even renting real estate.
